GUNG-HO is a new boba tea/thick cut frozen yogurt shop located in Cerritos. We are currently serving fried frozen yogurt bites, boba milk tea, and all natural smoothies. As the first store in the U.S. to serve thick cut frozen yogurt, we are looking for like-minded young individual who are gung-ho about our new venture.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcome customers and help to make recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Make quality drinks consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Process customer order and receive payments.
- Deliver excellent guest service to all customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow Gung-Ho’s health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follow Gung-Ho’s operational policies, and employee conduct requirements.
- Complete inventory tasks, as well as receiving and arranging delivery from vendors.
- Communicate efficiently with other team members and manager.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to operate POS and Square system
- Able to push/pull 50 lbs of weight
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Outgoing and optimistic. A sense of humor is a plus
- Friendly, passion, positive personality with excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, and team members.
- Open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- Previous barista experience is preferred. Hands-on training will be provided.
- Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
- Prior retail customer service experience 1+ years (**REQUIRED**)
- Bilingual English, Spanish, Armenian are very helpful

**Job Type**: Part-time; Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (up to $20 including tips)
