We are seeking a Quality Support Technician to support the technical Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in the assigned Navico Group product families in our Stuart, FL location. This includes:
- Evaluate returned electrical product such as Trimplane actuators, switches and controllers- Document all evaluations and report out on corrective action and trending quality issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members in the warranty, quality, engineering, production, and service departments when there is need for further containment and/or Corrective and Preventative Action- Additional responsibility to production quality data collection and reporting as defined by quality engineering- Responsibility to incoming inspection system data, collection, recording and reporting- Communication of this information to production for root cause analysis and correction- Working with Production to identify quality defects and trends- Working with incoming receiving team to conduct and record incoming inspections.- Maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred- Some secondary education/experience in a technical program or related field a plus.- Certifications in circuit board, electrical and electronic device evaluation a plus- Marine/RV Electrical experience a plus.- 2 years in an manufacturing, warranty, or quality environment

Skill Requirements- DC electrical experience preferred- Warranty experience, preferred- Ability to use of different electrical hand tools and meters. (Example: multi meters, calipers, Crimpers )- 2-3 years doing assembly and or evaluations.- Technical competence in assembly practices and standards.- This individual must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with a wide range of employees to meet departmental and company goals.- Knowledge of Microsoft office and inventory monitoring software- Circuit board and mechanical evaluation a plus
