We are currently hiring caregivers within our assisted living facilities.
- DaySpring Assisted Living, 572 Lake Forest Ln., Norton Shores, MI. 49441.
- Agape Home Assisted Living, 4445 S. Brooks Rd., Muskegon MI 49444.
- Agape Home at Blueberry Fields, 4747 E. Mt. Garfield Rd, Fruitport, MI 49415.

Our shift times are:

- 1st (6:30a-2:30p and 7:00am-3:00p)
- 2nd shift (2:30p-10:30p and 3:00p-11:00pm)
- 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:00am).

**Shift differentials of $3/hr on 2nd shift and $2/hr on 3rd shift**.

**Job Duties**: As a Resident Life Partner (caregiver), you engage residents in life-enriching activities such as prayer, leading Bible studies, fun exercise activities, gardening, reading stories and reminiscing, puzzles, games, singing and music, arts and crafts, and more. You will also assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), pass medications, serve meals, and perform laundry and light housekeeping duties.

We hire staff who are self-motivated, compassionate, substance-free (including marijuana), team-oriented, drama-free, profanity and arguing-free, and who demonstrate their caring hearts to serve older adults. We serve the whole person including their Spiritual, Social, Emotional, and Physical needs.

COVID vaccine not required. CNA or MA certificate not required. We provide paid on-the-job training teaching you all the skills that you will need.

DaySpring Services also additional career opportunities serving those in the community, working as an In-Home Caregiver for DaySpring In-Home Care Services (non-skilled care). That job includes assisting with cooking, cleaning, activities, and personal care tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
