No more early mornings or late nights with our reduced hours of 10-6 daily.

As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and Engaging Customers: Cheerfully greet customers as they enter the store, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach to provide personalized assistance. Surprise customers with recommendations and demonstrations when appropriate, using your good judgment to handle any unusual requests or difficult customer interactions.
- Point of Sale Operations: Utilizing our cash register/POS system to accurately process transactions, ensuring efficient and seamless checkout experiences for customers.
- Team Support: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking products, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for all.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Effective Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate tasks with fellow staff members, and work towards achieving daily sales goals as a team.
- Interpersonal Skills: A knack for interacting with people and a real interest in learning about new products. You should be eager to share your knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Retail Experience: Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, although we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility: Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical Requirements: Must be over the age of 18 and able to stand for extended periods, lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs., and climb ladders. Comfort and familiarity with weaponry, blades, and airsoft guns are essential, as they are a significant part of our inventory.
