Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control (Administrator/Customer Service) to become a part of our team You will manage the Inventory team and direct daily operations related with purchasing and all the material is moving in warehouse and stores.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory management of existing inventory/products to include regular auditing of inventory count and accurate forecasting.
- Ability to identify fast moving inventory, slow moving inventory, and non-moving inventory based on utilization reports from an inventory software system.
- Return damaged or incorrect delivery of products to vendors to ensure refunds are received for that delivery.
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with management, buyers, and staff of the retail store regarding products related to in-house buying practices and trends.
- Provide general support to staff and internal business partners.
- Generate POS and review the previous day's sales report to enter product replacement orders for each store into the system.
- Provide a good internal and external customer service.
- Generate Excel report of products and quantities that must be replenished so that the purchasing department generates the purchase order.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other personnel in a friendly and respectful manner to ensure business goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory control and management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Familiarity with financial analysis related to inventory management
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and collaborating across teams
