Meet Connect Church:
In 1985, a dream was born in the heart of Pastor Ernie Frye, a vision that would eventually grow into the community we know as Connect. While the name has changed over the years, the spirit of our Church has remained: a bible teaching, spirit filled community where lives are transformed, relationships flourish, and the love of God permeates every corner. Pastor Ernie and Randa Frye pioneered our church and established a dynamic ministry that has a rich legacy. Our Lead Pastor, Deryck Frye, has continued to carry this legacy forward. Under Paster Deryck’s leadership Connect has exploded Not only is Connect consistently expanding and growing but one of our best traits is the family culture married with our aggressive focus on our mission.

Connect Church is one of the branches under Connect United which also has a Christian School, three Early Learning Centers, and a Mission in the Dominican Republic. Connect Church currently has three campuses as well as an on-line campus. Our church community is multi-generational and multi-cultural with a vibrant young adult community.

With dedicated staff and passionate Dream Team members, we desire to have a deep and lasting impact on the MetroWest Area. Here at Connect we our message and mission is simply to help connect people to the life-giving message of Jesus.

Campus Pastors cultivate a spiritual climate within our congregation, foster a relational culture among its members, and develop effective leadership within our teams. This position serves as an "Eyes On instead of Hands On" leader, focusing on guiding, nurturing, and monitoring the health and growth of the community rather than micromanaging. Management of the campus is necessary, but the campus pastor should be equipping and developing team to do the work of the ministry.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing weekly updates and seeking guidance, to ensure vision and cultural alignment, and assistance with the Connect Church strategy and vision.
- Provide pastoral counseling as needed.
- Administer the ordinances of the Church as well as wedding and funerals.
- Ensure the Campus is provided with the space necessary for meeting and steward that facility or property with diligence.
- Provide leadership to the budgeting and management of finances related to Campus activities or other areas of oversight.
- Give leadership to reaching the surrounding communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Work in cooperation with other pastors and staff.
- Assist in leading other church-wide services that may not be held at your campus location.
- Serve on the preaching/teaching team as requested. At Connect, campus pastor’s do not have the opportunity to preach unless they also serve on the teaching team.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
