**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including: collecting rent from tenants, advertising and marketing vacant apartments throughout the property, ensuring property is CLEAN, SAFE, AND ORDERLY and addressing any and all tenant inquiries.
- Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven work experience as property manager (A PLUS).
- **Must have customer service skills. **Customer focus is very important when dealing with prospective tenants and residents.
- Cash handling experience is required.
- Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.

**Job Type**:

- $16.00 per hour (RENT CREDIT)
