Periodontist

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat various periodontal conditions
- In addition to scaling and root planing, the doctor would be performing surgical procedures such as osseous surgery including grafting.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices for optimal gum health
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records regarding treatments and progress

**Experience**:

- Experience in periodontics with a focus on adult patients
- Proficiency in medical records management and aseptic techniques
- Strong patient assessment skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to assess vital signs and interpret medical imaging results
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 per week
