**Opportunity Overview**:
Teradyne is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team in North Reading, MA. You will collaborate with our internal multi-national businesses and external auditors and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial consolidation and reporting processes.

The role is available as hybrid or fully remote.
- Process intercompany transactions, reconciliations, eliminations during the consolidation process
- Perform monthly reconciliation for cash accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Support/coordinate filing of government forms
- Perform monthly foreign exchange remeasurement process and analysis
- Support preparation of corporate allocation entries
- Responsible for working with external auditors to ensure quarter end requests are provided in a timely manner
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the U.S. GAAP
- Participate in new projects and initiatives to improve processes and systems
- Support ad hoc requests for financial analysis related to various corporate projects

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years of corporate accounting experience, public accounting experience is preferred
- Multi-national / global company experience in technology, manufacturing or industrial industries
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Problem solving and prioritization skills are a must
- Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
