**Specialties / Licenses or Certifications**
- Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.

$75,000 - $85,000/annually

**Our Position**

The Program Director is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and maintaining activities within the Program. The Program Director is also responsible for developing relationships with funders and potential funders to foster current programs and create new partnerships.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Directs the activities of staff and/or students including the assignment of duties.
- Provides clinical supervision (where relevant) and clinical oversight for assigned staff members.
- Ensures compliance with all contractual, accreditation and funding requirements for service delivery, documentation, etc.
- Administers the business plan and monitors budgetary activities.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Maintains positive, professional relationships with all referral sources and external vendors.
- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
- Completes comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
- Provides BHP sign off on all clinical documents completed by the BHTs on the team.
- Works collaboratively with external entities, i.e., hospital staff, Probation, Police Departments and clinical teams.
- Monitors and oversees program participation to include participant flow in and out of the program.
- Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable).
- Must be able to pass education verification check.
- Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position).
