Personal Fitness Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
- Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out
- Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
- Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
- Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
- **Expertise in Personal Training**:Customize training programs to assist clients in achieving their fitness and health goals.
- ** A Passion for People**: If you love working with individuals to help them achieve their best selves, you're a perfect fit
- ** Create Musical Motivation**: Bring your knack for crafting awesome playlists to keep workouts exciting.

**Qualifications**:

- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
- Must have training experience, a degree in exercise science or a similar field is preferred.
