**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Selection Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Guide clients through the selection of finishes, materials, and fixtures for their custom homes.
- Maintain detailed records of selections, ensuring accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the execution of selected design elements throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of selections into the project plan.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the construction team during the selection process.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their selections and address any concerns or questions.
- **Budget Management**:

- Work closely with the finance team to manage and track selection-related budgets.
- Provide cost estimates for selected items and assist in controlling costs within the overall project budget.
- **Vendor and Supplier Relationships**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Source new suppliers to expand the range of available selections and ensure competitive pricing.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that selected materials and finishes meet the specified standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work to find satisfactory resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selection coordination and project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient Sketchup knowledge and use is a must

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
