Summary:
Under supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of member service functions. Is responsible for processing member teller transactions in a professional and accurate manner.

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide routine information concerning the credit union products and services.
- Actively markets current and new products and services of the credit union and attempts to educate members on the benefits and features of new, as well as existing services.
- Accurately process members’ daily account transactions including: withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, account transfers, Travelers cheque purchases, Cashier’s check purchases, MasterCard advances, card re-pinning.
- Process mail, night drop and ATM transactions as needed.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer and Benefits plus products daily.
- Adequately perform all operational functions (including file maintenance, filing, photocopying).
- Recognize/listen to member requests and/or concerns and identify their needs.
- Provide dual control to Branch Supervisor (assisting in accessing ATM machine).
- Assist Call Center Representatives as necessary.
- Assist Member Services Specialists as necessary.
- Complete annual required training including regulatory training such as, but not limited to, BSA and OFAC.
- Duties may vary or be reassigned from time to time by the Branch Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- One year teller or customer service experience
- One year cash handling experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $16.00 - $25.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
