**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and master increasingly complex tax concepts within a vibrant team culture.
- Engage in discussions on moderately complex tax issues with both the engagement team and client management.
- Analyze client tax situations and develop practical and effective solutions, arriving at appropriate conclusions.
- Communicate concepts effectively to team members and contribute to achieving team objectives.
- Analyze information and formulate and implement effective plans for clients in complex areas.
- Assist in the completion of tax returns, including those for closely-held Partnerships, LLCs, S and C Corps, Trusts, and High Net Worth individuals, under supervision.
- Prepare quarterly and annual federal and state tax projections for corporations and individuals.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal research memos to aid executives in decision-making on complex issues.
- Participate in the engagement planning process by completing various assignments and providing input for internal budgeting.
- Engage in client interactions and discussions as needed.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in a professional services environment is required
- Must have satisfied the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam and be prepared to obtain CPA certification within 18 months of starting employment.
- Exposure to federal income taxation through education or professional experience.
- Strong ability to learn new information and actively participate in tax solutions for our clients.
