Position Overview: As a QMHP Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting the clinical work of our QMHP staff. You will provide supervision, guidance, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients. This position involves conducting performance reviews, reviewing client documentation, and conducting field visits to monitor service delivery and provide feedback to staff.

Responsibilities: Supervision of QMHP Staff: -Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of QMHPs, including case consultation, skill development, and clinical decision-making. -Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to review cases, assess client progress, and provide feedback on clinical interventions. Performance Reviews: -Conduct performance evaluations for QMHP staff, assessing clinical competency, adherence to agency policies, and professional conduct. -Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support staff in achieving performance goals and improving clinical practice. Review of BIRP Notes: -Review client documentation, including Biopsychosocial Assessment, Individualized Service Plans (ISP), Progress Notes, and Discharge Summaries, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency standards. -Provide feedback and guidance to QMHP staff on the quality and content of BIRP notes, ensuring they reflect client progress, treatment goals, and interventions. Field Visits: -Conduct field visits to client homes, schools, or other community settings to observe service delivery, assess client needs, and provide on-site support to QMHP staff. -Collaborate with QMHPs to identify strengths and areas for improvement in service delivery and client engagement. Training and Development: -Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of QMHP staff, focusing on areas such as assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation. -Provide ongoing support and mentorship to QMHPs, assisting them in developing their clinical expertise and confidence in their role. Team Collaboration: -Collaborate with other members of the clinical team, including therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients. -Facilitate communication and coordination of services among team members to promote continuity of care and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. -Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred. -Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred. -Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. -Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in mental health practice. Working Conditions: -Regular travel may be required to conduct field visits and attend meetings. -Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate staff schedules and program needs.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
