**ABOUT US**

**SUMMARY**

Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership while maintaining gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Writes complete sales orders and processes all paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
- Participates in Manufacturer and dealership training programs, achieving and maintaining certification levels as directed by management.
- Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Maintains a professional appearance and great attitude.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- State Sales License
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be insurable by Company standards

**PAY PLAN & BENEFITS**
- Commission and hourly structure
- Monthly bonus structure
- Medical, dental, and additional insurance available after probationary period
- 401K available after probationary period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- CA sales license (preferred)
