Essential Job Functions:

- Set up orders and deliver to rooms within specified time standards.
- Maintain your station in accordance with sanitation standards at all times.
- Develop a complete knowledge of menus and utilize that knowledge in the service of guests.
- Provide courteous and professional phone manners.
- Check complete food order to ensure all items are ready for delivery.
- Call guest back after 5-10 minutes to see if the meal is satisfactory.
- Know, understand and follow room charge procedures.
- Develop a complete knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor, and wine, complying with alcohol awareness procedures and applicable laws.
- Clean and restock room service area. Complete required side work.
- Immediately inform the manager of any problems or complaints.
- Promptly, warmly and courteously accommodate any reasonable request by the guest.
