As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting tasks. To be successful, you should be organized and have strong ethics/integrity as you will be exposed to sensitive company information.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Create Purchase Orders in our inventory system
- Reconcile Purchase Orders to Packing List from vendor
- Enter alcohol requisitions
- Process payments (Cash, Credit Card, ACH)
- Maintain daily cash sheets
- Review Accounts Receiveable aging; making adjustments as needed
- Assist Accounts Receivable Manager, as needed
- Scan/enter Accounts Payable vendor bills
- Support Accounts Payable Manager, as needed
- Reconcile Credit Card statements
- Facilitate COI collection process
- Distribute invoices to customers, as needed
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned

**What are we looking for in your resume?**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role, a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail along with organizational and mathematical skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
