In Office Solar Sales Manager

As the Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential solar sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. We provide pre-set appointments with no door knocking or road work required.
**Responsibilities**
- You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process.
- Lead a team of 10+ Solar Sales Reps
- Coach, Mentor and train new solar sales reps on best practices in sales.
- You and your team will be provided pre-set appointments.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations via zoom to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services
- Maintain Industry knowledge and stay up to date with solar trends.
- Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Previous Sales Management experience required.
- Solar Sales Experience required.
- Ability to train and develop an in house sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in software such as Sales CRM, G Suite, Zoom, texting platforms, etc..
**Benefits**
- Base plus Uncapped Commission

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
