Job duties include tasks required to perform all Pest, Mosquito, Wildlife and Termite treatments up to Kingfish Pest Control and Department of Agriculture standards and requirements.

We expect our Service Professionals to:

- Be able to perform Pest, Mosquito, Wildlife and Termite treatments up to state laws and standards
- Carpentry skills is a Plus
- Know and follow the State Rules and Regulations governing the Pest Control Industry
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of a pest and termite control route
- Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each of your client’s locations
- Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers
- Be responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service reports
- Be responsible for maintaining a clean truck, equipment and uniform
- Maintain excellent customer relations at all times
- Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
- Work as a team with the inside and outside staff
- Sell the value of our services and provide effective solutions
- Navigate Greater Jacksonville highways and roadways
- Work Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday
- Maintain continued industry training practices
- Be comfortable will tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
- Work in less than ideal weather conditions such as the cold, hot, rain etc..

Other Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma (Or equivalent to)
- Pass Drug Test
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Note: All Kingfish Employees work fully remotely. Meaning they start their day from home and end their day at home. This allows our employees to maximize their efficiency at work and return home at a respectable time. Employees park their vehicles at home with no additional fee to do so. Technicians do not route their own schedules. Schedules are routed for them so they do not have to spend additional time doing this at home.
- Benefit Conditions: 90 Day waiting period before eligible for PTO, 30 Day waiting period before eligible for Health Insurance, 1 Year waiting period before eligible for 401k benefits

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
