TechTu Business Solutions, Inc. is a California corporation that has been providing IT Services for the past 19 years for clients in the Public sectors, Healthcare, Education, Local Transportation, and other corporation within the USA. Our journey started in 2005 with a passion for building enterprise IT services by aligning People, Processes, and Technology, which helped TechTu create cost-effective solutions for our clients. Today TechTu has customers in different domains, multi-year IT services contracts, and state-level agreements (Maryland, Arizona, California, Vermont, Ohio, and other states).

TechTu is looking for a Project Manager for one of our public sector clients located in Oakland, CA (Job Description listed below).

Project Manager shall provide the Services and Deliverable(s) as follows:

- Manage multiple Projects, monitoring project tasks, budget, provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders
- Perform audit work on areas within the IT portfolio and provide documentation and work plans to support the PMO office.
- Provide expertise in IT asset Management using best practices to manage services processes and resources to meet IT needs
- Assist PMO, to develop business operations plan & Functional areas improvements.
- Assist in creating frameworks & also lead special projects that fall into PMO ownership

There are no formal deliverables to be named here as part of SOW. However, the work assigned as per the agreement between the client and TechTu dictates the work product which will be named as the deliverable. PM is expected to be in office location - Oakland, CA Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

**What we are looking for**
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and a deep understanding of Project Management practices
- Experience running cadences involving Project Managers and Business Stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications primarily MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous exposure to Portfolio Management Practices is a bonus
- PMP Certification is Preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $93,398.38 - $120,000.00 per year
