As a Group/Personal Trainer at The Genesis Fit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fitness programs and personalized training sessions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse groups of individuals, guiding and motivating them to achieve their fitness objectives. Whether leading group classes or providing one-on-one coaching, you will inspire clients to push beyond their limits and reach new levels of strength, endurance, and overall wellness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and Manage dynamic and effective group fitness classes tailored to the needs and fitness levels of participants.
- Provide personalized training sessions for individual clients, focusing on their specific goals and preferences.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form, ensuring safety and injury prevention.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey, offering encouragement and support along the way.
- Monitor client progress, track goals, and make adjustments to training programs as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging fitness modalities to continually enhance the client experience.

**Experience Recommended**:

- Proven experience as a certified Group Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with varying fitness levels, abilities, and goals.
- Proficiency in leading a variety of fitness classes, strength training, HIIT, body building, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the fitness industry.

**Education Recommended**:

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
- Nationally recognized certification(s) in group fitness instruction and personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA).
- CPR/AED certification.
