We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Operator to join our team. As an Asphalt Raker/Operator, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Rake and spread asphalt materials to ensure even distribution and proper compaction.
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces by removing debris and cleaning the area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- 2-4 years of asphalt experience.
- Experience operating a backhoe, skip loader, roller, and skid-steer,
- Previous experience working with asphalt or related construction materials
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in asphalt installation
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, in a safe manner
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
