Parts & Warranty Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts & Warranty Specialist to join our team. The Parts & Warranty Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement and sourcing of parts, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of inventory and maintaining proper quantities of the inventory and learning our Point of Sale system. You will work one on one with the customers as well as the mechanics preparing work order estimates and keeping the customer informed on the status of their repairs. You will file and prepare all warranty claims with the various manufacturers. Internal repair tickets will be maintained on all rental equipment as repairs and maintenance are performed. Filling in at the front counter will be needed to help customers and to generate Rental contracts during lunch, employee absences and at least 2 times a month on Saturdays 8 - Noon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement process for parts, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in parts sourcing
- Maintain all Warranty Claims and Manufacturers Requirements
- Must have excellent Customer Service abilities and phone etiquette.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in procurement management, supplier management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Note: This is a paid position.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
