Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting on machinery
- Utilize hydraulics experience to maintain equipment
- Program PLC systems as needed
- Conduct machine safety inspections
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four (4) years experience mechanical in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge and experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Lockout Procedures
- Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software’s an asset
- Experience with vision systems and conveyor systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems
- PLC programming experience
