**B.I.G. Perks**:

- Competitive Salary: Starting at $85,000, depending on experience.

**BCBA Supervisor’s Role**:

- Providing supervision to a treatment team of behavioral therapists who are providing direct services in home, school, and clinic settings.
- Training/teaching your behavioral therapists
- Providing Parent Training within these programs
- Collaboration with teachers, school administrative staff, parents and your behavioral team
- Working alongside the Clinical Director for guidance and mentorship
- Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration
- Has a Minimum of 1 year of providing BCBA Supervision in the home, school, and clinic settings.
- Has a Minimum of 2-3 years of providing direct services in the home, school, and clinic settings.
- Is Adept in professional collaboration.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem solving and a natural with interpersonal skills.
- Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children’s success.
- *Ideal location - Mid-San Fernando Valley
