**Job Title: Commercial Collector**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Collector to join our team. As a Commercial Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from commercial clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely payments.

**Duties**:

- Contact debtors to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate payment.
- Utilize financial software to track and manage accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal sales team, to resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with debtors and payment status updates.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with sales team when necessary.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions.
- Ability to negotiate reasonable settlements or payment plans.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work setting:

- Office

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- telephone collections: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Vero Beach, FL (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vero Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
