**Qualifications**: **Knowledge & Skills**

- Adequate fine motor hand coordination required.
- Sound judgment for use in product disposition.

**Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.

**Responsibilities:Position Summary**
- The Packaging Team Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to include the packaging operation, placing boxes on skids, labeling, inspection testing and providing the proper paperwork.
- This position requires rotation through all phases of Team Operator in the Packaging department.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Operate the Form, Fill and Seal machine, hand-held scanner, label maker and tape machine.
- Receive, inspect, sort and pack product in a timely and efficient manner.
- Visually inspect packing material to ensure appropriate documentation accompanies product.
- Clean and inspect FFS machines during changeover to ensure all product has been removed and accurate packing occurs. Perform skid changeover and line clearance activities.
- Verify that all paperwork is complete and accurate, including traceability.
- Assist with training of new Operators.
- Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
