**Position Overview**:

Tren Solar is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Consultants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, assess their needs, and provide customized solar solutions. With leads provided and no cold calling required, you can focus on what you do best - closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Conduct thorough consultations and site evaluations to assess the feasibility of solar installations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on customer requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for renewable energy and commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $80,153.55 - $108,572.02 per year
