Caregiver for Rcfe

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or at assisted living facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, assisted living, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- A valid driver's license may be required for transporting clients to appointments or errands

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in social work or a related field is a plus
- Training in behavior management techniques is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
