**Job Description**:

- answer phone calls in professional manner
- communicate with dental office
- Packing outgoing cases
- arrange pickup and drop off of dental cases
- organize office space and maintain office clean
- office administration
- scan and enter case doc.
- mail out monthly statements

**Requirements**:

- prefer bilingual in Korean/English
- strong verbal and written skills
- proficient in MS office
- well-organized and reliable
- Attention to details

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

- Korean (preferred)
