Floral Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating floral arrangements for various occasions and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral design area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly
- Process transactions using cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in floral design techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of garden care to maintain the quality of flowers and plants
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales
- Ability to stock and maintain a variety of floral products
- Interior and exterior planter installation and maintenance
- Floral arrangement delivery

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

- South Burlington, VT 05403: Relocate before starting work (required)
