Balancer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Balancer to join our team.

The Balancer will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and balancing various components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge. This role will involve working in a warehouse setting and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Duties**:

- Utilize forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications
- Perform balancing procedures on parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes
- Properly document balancing procedures performed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools and mathematics.
- Ability to fabricate and assemble components with precision.
- Knowledge of balancing techniques and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and coordinate with the crew.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
