**We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers, LLC a leading provider of mental health care services for children and adolescents in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Delaware. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, managing electronic medical records (EMR) registration, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.**

Full time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM.

Pay rate: $16-$18.00 phr

**Qualifications**:

- **High School Diploma. Associates preferred.**:

- **Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.**:

- **Familiarity with HR software and computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems).**:

- **Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.**:

- **High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and expertise in data management and record keeping.**:

- **Knowledge of HR operations and legal compliance as applicable to the health care sector, particularly in mental health care settings.**

Key Responsibilities:

-  _Record Keeping: _ Maintain up to date and accurate employee records required for licensing and compliance with regulatory bodies. Ensure all documents are filed systematically and are easily accessible.
-   _Onboarding: _Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing employment documents, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
-   _EMR Registration_: Manage the registration of employees in the electronic medical records system, ensuring accurate entry of data and timely updates.
-   _Filing and Documentation_: Handle filing and organization of both physical and digital documents to maintain an efficient HR office environment.
-  _Confidential Information Management_: Safeguard confidential information pertaining to employees and the company, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
-  _Employee Requests and Querie_s: Serve as a point of contact for employee requests and queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that maintain employee satisfaction and compliance with HR policies.
-  _Database Management_: Maintain and update HR databases with employee information, benefits, and other HR related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-  _Collaboration and Support_: Collaborate with other departments and provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
-  And all other duties as assigned.

**You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.**

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
