Job Summary:
**We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the vital role of our Boyz2Men (B2M) Program Director/Senior Mentor. This Director must display Christ-centered enthusiasm and be passionate about guiding youth towards spiritual and personal growth. The role involves organizing student-centered ministry and living out Christian values. A collaborative, team-focused mindset, coupled with experience in campus/youth ministry and a profound dedication to sharing Christ's love, is key. Proficiency in administration, communication, and ministry is crucial.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a mentorship initiative that addresses the social, emotional, and spiritual development of young individuals
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in campus/youth ministry or mentoring is desirable but is not a prerequisite.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals while gaining valuable experience in mentorship and youth development.

Pay: $400.00 per month
