**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Administrative Entity, this person coordinates and conducts the monitoring and data reporting related to early intervention services, coordinates all activities on behalf of the department, interfaces with community partners, and insures compliance with all related EI provisions in accordance with all existing policies, procedures, and regulations and in accord with the mission and values of the company.

**Essential Functions**:

- Coordinates compliance and file reviews
- Administrator for ECO data in PELICAN
- Develops, implements, and completes QEP
- Develops provider relationships
- Authorizes IFSP services
- Completes the R2E process
- Point person for EI incident management
- Assists with policy development
- Participates in community events and meetings
- Tracks/Coordinates transition meetings
- Completes verification and validation process
- Ensures appropriate transition for discharge
- Facilitates child find activities
- Participates in grant process Completes provider monitoring

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, or Five (5) years applicable, practical work experience, including three (3) years in a management capacity.

**Employment Requirements**:
Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance

**Working Conditions**:
Predominately remote work, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, work includes periods of on-call during evening and weekend hours. Travel is periodically required within Schuylkill, Tioga and Potter Counties. Minimal hazards, with rare instances where interaction with an individual exhibiting aggressive behavior may occur.
