Storage Advisor

**We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable go-getter to work at our new RV Storage property on Saturdays as a part-time Storage Advisor.**

**This is a part-time job, working Saturdays (9 am to 6 pm). **Additional hours may be available and we like to promote from within. **Pay is $17 per hour and all team members participate in a profit share bonus program.**

Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, including helping customers, leasing spaces, collecting rent, and administrative reporting. _**This is not a desk job **_This opportunity is ideal for a friendly go-getter with a high level of drive, salesmanship and attention to detail.

We are a growing company with numerous locations in Arizona and Texas. We like to promote from within for future Property Manager opportunities.

**A typical day can include**
- Operating the Welcome Center during business hours
- Collecting rent, including proactively calling clients with past-due accounts
- Completing administrative tasks including filing and vendor management
- Completing move-in paperwork and customer orientations
- Responding to customer service requests
- Inspecting and maintaining a clean property, including minor landscaping and picking up trash
- Cleaning vacated spaces and perform other light physical labor/maintenance

**Qualifications**:
Prior storage experience is not required, we will provide training. Strong computer and Internet skills are required.
