As the Receptionist at Nappi Distributors, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for visitors and callers.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and register visitors, including customers, employees, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable experience.
- Efficiently enter customer phone orders into our computer system for processing, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle daily mail distribution, ensuring that all correspondence is sorted and delivered promptly.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials for our customers, contributing to our promotional efforts.
- Manage office supplies for photocopiers and printers, coordinating service visits as necessary to maintain functionality.
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including data entry, word processing, and other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Physical and mental ability to perform the duties of this job include hearing ability sufficient to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers in person or by telephone/voice systems. This position requires sustained periods of sitting. Vision, dexterity coordination and cognitive ability sufficient to use telephone, keyboard, computer and other office systems and equipment efficiently. Cognitive, intellectual and mental ability to concentrate on details and/or perform more than one complex task at a time and to handle diverse pressures related to requests and needs of others. Cognitive and mental ability to work and communicate effectively with visitors, co-workers, and all levels of personnel. Ability to work in an environment with a variety of natural and synthetic odors.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
