This is a union position offering great benefits including **fully paid Medical, Dental and Vision** coverage. Other benefits include vacation, 7 paid holidays and a company paid **pension** contribution. **Overtime** and **height differential** available at premium pay.

**Job Requirements**
- 4+ years minimum sign installation experience
- Installers must have or be able to obtain their CCO crane certification and a CDL license within designated and/or reasonable time frames (company funded)
- Must have _**strong**_ mechanical ability
- Must be able to read and interpret site plans and shop drawings
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to plan, organize and lay out work, set up and operate machinery such as crane equipment, bobcat, ladders and cutting tools
- Must be able to work at heights (crane buckets)
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and be flexible with daily start/end times based on customer requirements
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
- Job consists of minimum 8 hour shifts and employee is required to reach with arms and hands, climb up and down ladders.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
