**The Basics**:
As a Front Desk Clerk, you are responsible for all aspects of guest service. The majority of this is check-in, check-out, reservations, area information, but also any guest requests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Welcome guests with friendly greeting and smile and perform all guest related services. (i.e., wake up/courtesy calls; handle concerns/complaints/requests; provide assistance and location information; keep the lobby clean and orderly)
- Handle reservation requests; check guests in/out; handle guest accounting and cashier functions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Communicate with Management and other front desk agents, as needed, about problems, requests, and concerns regarding guests or rooms Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Other duties as assigned

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
