**Responsibilities**:

- Door to door sales of residential solar energy systems
- Educate potential customers on the cost and environmental benefits of solar
- Convert sales leads into customers through effective sales presentations
- Prospect, build and manage a customer pipeline
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Meet or exceed sales quotas on a monthly basis
- **Experience and Skill Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus
- One year minimum sales experience. Solar sales experience preferred but not exclusive
- Door to door experience preferred
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Effectively present financing options with sales proposals
- Demonstrate the ability to help potential customers overcome objections
- Ability to interface with management, employees, vendors, and customers with professionalism
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
