**Responsibilities**
- Maintains water quality and maintenance records to comply with industry standards and local and regional health codes; understands pool chemistry and general pool maintenance practices
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the water park attractions in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, local and state codes
- Follows SplashDown Beach preventive maintenance programs; performs equipment preventive maintenance and maintains required records
- Maintain plumbing, pumps, HVAC, filtration systems, machinery and electrical circuitry
- Uses and reinforces safe chemical handling in addition to adhering to MSDS practices and procedures as outlined by SDB standards, OSHA, and federal, state, and local laws
- Performs tasks efficiently and in compliance with all safety rules and regulations; adheres to and enforces safety procedures whenever bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, or using tools and equipment
- Complete and maintain certification training in Certified Pool Operator programs

**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of pool chemicals, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications is a plus
- Action-oriented, quick learner, attention to detail, and strong ability to follow-up
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, comfortable with heights, and ability to work 70 feet in the air for ride inspections and maintenance
- Able to move up and down on large ladders
- Able to work in outdoor environments including rain and heat year round
- Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays are a must during operating season

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
