Barista and Cashier

This is **not a SEASONAL job**, we are looking for a commitment.

**WEEKEND** availability is a must.

We are a family owned and operated coffee company and we take a ton of pride in being able to do what we love You would be working beside us and we grow our company. That includes growing a team of new people that can come along side us and create a great shop

The shop is in a great neighborhood with great vibes already We do not have any interest in the snotty barista or the person that should not be dealing with people because they actually don't like people.

- have outstanding customer service skills
- are responsible, a team player, clean and organized
- have the ability to multitask, and pay close attention to detail
- be **available on weekends**.

Must be comfortable with working whole shift with facial covering.

- Proven working experience in customer service
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Open to feedback and coaching on a regular basis

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
