**Position: Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator**

**Location**: Newport Beach, CA

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for cosmetic patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial consultation through post-procedure care.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their cosmetic goals, educate them on available procedures, and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with medical professionals and administrative staff to maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and consent forms.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and post-procedure consultations to monitor recovery progress and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Facilitate billing and payment processes, including insurance verification and coordination of financing options for cosmetic procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions and record-keeping activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in patient care coordination, preferably in a cosmetic or medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple patient schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and treatments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
