Baseball Camps/clinics Director

Baseball Camp and Clinic Coordinator Position:
Plan, Manage, Market and Oversee all aspects of baseball and softball camps/clinics. You must be present for these events and as such, you will receive a monthly stipend and a percentage of the net revenue from each camp and clinic as per outlined below.

Baseball Camps/Clinics: Plan, develop, execute all camps and clinics.
1. Build monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of camp and clinic offerings
2. Marketing and camp promotion
3. Schedule Instructors for Camps and attach in Hub
4. Put all Campers in groups by age
5. Give instructors a plan for the camp
- written and explained
6. Attend and over-see all Camps
7. Provide owner with a P&L of every camp.

Weekly Responsibilities:

- Attend Monday noon staff meeting with GM, Asst GM and basebll/softball director
- Attend Tuesday staff meeting
- Post a minimum of 2x per week on social media for camp related content
- Update database in Constant Contact and segment by age/gender
- Upload new flyers to fire stick and replace/refresh throughout facility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
