Round Rock, United States McLemore Building Maintenance Full time

_As a McLemore team member we will provide 3 days of paid training. We pride ourselves on professionalism and respect. We get the job done safely and efficiently._

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
- Proper use of cleaning solutions
- Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
- Arrive timely for shift as scheduled and complete all work in allotted time
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor
- Total of 4 buildings within 5 minutes of each other vehicle provided with MVR clearance.
- Must pass have full security clearance
