**ANTICIPATED PARAPROFESSIONAL POSITION**

Muncy School District is seeking applicants for the anticipated position of paraprofessional. Individuals will assist special education teachers with the instructional/behavioral needs of students in grades K-12. Responsibilities include: assisting teacher(s) in general daily classroom activities, supporting classroom teacher(s) in classroom management, small group or individual instruction, progress monitoring, behavior modification and other duties as directed by teacher(s) or supervisors. Qualifications: two years higher education or equivalent "highly qualified" certification. Hourly salary rate with sick leave and pension. Hourly compensation is in accordance with the district classified staff compensation plan and prior experience. Position does not include health insurance benefits.
