**Who we’re looking for**:
Through direct supervision of the Director of Budgets & Grants Management, the primary responsibility of this position is the management of all grant agreements, contractual requirements, general ledger reconciliation, invoices and submission on a monthly, quarterly and annual budget as determined by each funding source. This position will also be crossed trained on the various aspects of the Budgets and Grants Management department responsibilities included but not limited to: agency annual budget process, rate increase requests, audit procedures, government reporting, subsidiary financial procedures and special projects.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciliation of grant information in the general ledger, preparation and submission of grant invoicing, annual audit requirements as related to grants, management reporting and audit coordination, and miscellaneous financial and administrative functions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your responsibilities in this role may include**:

- Prepare accurate and timely annual grant submission and periodic invoicing per the instructions of the funding source(s)
- Maintain a working knowledge of all contracts as pertains to the department.
- Training and education in any and all up to date governmental requirements and regulations as pertaining to the Budgets and Grants Department and drug/alcohol treatment field.
- Provide for the preparation of invoices for program funded programs and certain fee for service invoices. Maintain relationships with representatives of the funding sources related to the program funding.
- Maintain positive and regular communication and relationships with outside funding sources
- Assist in the annual preparation of the Schedule of Federal Awards, federal indirect cost rate, cost allocation method and explanations of all.
- Utilizing the electronic health record and accounting system(s) in relation to aspect regarding the department
- Assist in annual budget preparation with knowledge of rates, grants and any requirements therein.
- Actively cross train on all aspects of the Director of Budgets & Grants Management job duties including but not limited to: the grant obligations outlined above, annual budget preparation process, financial processes of 2 large subsidiaries and special projects.
- Special projects as assigned by the Director of Budgets & Grants Management and/or Executive Management.
