**Starting Pay**:15.50 to 17.00 (with 60 day review)

**Job Description**:
Cutting and Foam and Corrugated packaging material based off work orders handed down by department lead/ management. Employee will be responsible for completion and follow through on jobs. Employee will be responsible for reporting to dept lead. Packaging Technology will train employees on all equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure that all products are completed SAFELY and according to company standards and policies based off management/ lead drawings
- Cut Foam and other materials to size.
- Working full 40 hours weekly
- Represent the company in a positive manner

Must Haves:

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks regularly
- Willingness to work independently or as a team based on project needs
- Communicate clearly and precisely with supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to follow verbal or written directions

Qualifications:

- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Use table saws, band saws, is a plus but will train the right person
- Work efficiently to complete Cut Lists
- Be able to use proper techniques with equipment
- Must be able to read tape measure
- Must be able to use basic math

**Benefits**:

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
