**What defines this job?**
- Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
- Assigned functions may include blasting, cleaning, stripping, fixturing, inspecting, and assisting machine operators and other departments as needed
- Load and unload customer products into machines (if assigned) while handling parts with care
- De-fixture batch loads after processing
- Carry out basic visual inspection on parts after processing
- Other Duties as assigned

**What do we ask?**

Previous experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (1 years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus Familiarity with manufacturing environment, tools, and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Able to sit/stand during an 8-hour shift. This position is working Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 11:30 pm - 7:00 am. Some weekend work required. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants may start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined 90-180 days, based on production and performance.
